• The Fantech Fit® 120E Fresh Air Appliance is an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) that provides a continuous supply of fresh air while exhausting stale air from your home. ERVs make your heating and cooling systems more efficient by transferring heat and humidity between fresh and stale air during ventilation. With a profile only 8.75" high, the Fit® 120E is ideal for applications with little mechanical room or where it must be located over a false ceiling. Slim Profile The compact design of the Fit® 120E, at only 8.75 tall Easy Maintenance You have easy access to the internal components by unlatching the 4 latches and removing the housing. Each serviceable internal component is easily accessible and can be fully removed. No Drain Required A drain is not required with the Fit® 120E. Moisture in the incoming air is simply transferred to the outgoing air during the circulation process.
